How does billing work?

For any ongoing work an Engagement Letter is executed by the parties setting forth the expectations and obligations of the parties.  Billing will vary depending on the complexity, type and duration.  Generally, billing is on an hourly rate, but can be done on a flat rate basis, or as a percentage of xyx depending on specific needs.

What is your education?

I attended St. Olaf College, and received a B.A in Epistemology 1991.  

I also attended Notre Dame Law School,  and received a J.D. 2000

When were you admitted to the bar?

I was admitted to the bar in 2000, to the 20th Circuit, Bar #420557.

What other associations do you have?

I was the former Director and General Counsel, Amblyopia Foundation of FL.

I am a member and Former Chairman of the Real Estate Section of Collier County.

A member of the United Methodist Church of North Naples.

I am also a member of MENSA.
